Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Express orders including 2nd Day and Overnight placed Monday - Friday after 12 PM Eastern Time will be processed following business day. Express orders placed Saturday - Sunday will be processed Monday. Express orders are not available for P.O. Box addresses.

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed within 2 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 2-7 business days. Please note orders are not shipped with signature required unless the customer selects this shipping method at checkout. If signature required option is not selected, the customer should designate a reliable address for package delivery. Arteaga is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Arteaga is not responsible in the event of any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Canadian and International shipping rates do not include duties or taxes.

You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. Some orders may experience customs delays. Transit times are provided by UPS and are not necessarily guaranteed.

We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses. 

Due to the high cost of shipping, all international orders are Final Sale.

Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS/EXCHANGES PROCEDURE

To request a return authorization, please enter your original order number and email us at inquiries@arteaga.nyc

  • If the enclosed prepaid label is used, we do not require an RA number to return an item. All return requests must receive email approval before our warehouse can process a return.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. A credit will post to your statement within 2-7 business days depending on your financial institution.
  • Returns can take up to 14 days to receive and process.
  • NOTE: $10 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM REFUND FOR ALL RETURNS SENT USING PREPAID UPS SHIPPING LABEL. Return shipment duration is 5 business days for domestic returns.
  • If you elect to use your own shipping service, we require an RA number on the outside of the page. Please also keep the tracking number on record until your refund is processed. In the event the package is lost, we require the tracking number to locate it and process the return.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may send it back to us for a refund.

  • All merchandise returned must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact.
  • Returns must be received within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Any return received between 14 - 30 business days will be given store credit. Any return received after 30 business days will be denied and returned to sender.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. Merchandise cannot be held for exchange orders.
  • Store credit corresponding to an online purchase may only be used online. 
  • FINAL SALE: Any merchandise discounted at 40% or higher is final sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for final sale merchandise. Items that qualify as final sale are noted on their product page. No price adjustments can be made for items purchased at full price. All perfume orders are final sale.
  • Returns can be shipped using the prepaid shipping label or shipping method of your choice. If you chose to ship using your own label an RA number provided must be written on the outside of the box. We also require that you save the tracking number for a return shipped using your own label in case the package is lost. Lost returns without a valid tracking number will not be accepted.
  • We do not refund shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of an error or damaged merchandise.
  • We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
  • Returns will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase within 7 business days depending on your financial institution.

PRE-ORDER

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We are happy to make any necessary revisions or cancel an order for a full refund if necessary prior to shipment. Normal return policy applies for all Pre-order and Shop the Runway orders.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to New York. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the US.
